EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES • “Koike Aronson Mastergraph II” High-Definition Plasma with two oxy-fuel torches. This machine is powered by the latest technology from Hypertherm the HPR 260, and mounted on an 8’x 20’ water table bed. Thickness range on the plasma is 16 GA up to 1 ¼” material. The oxy-fuel capabilities range up to 8” thick. All of these machines are capable of cutting all types of material from 16 GA to ¾” thick.  “Trumpf” 5000 W laser with 60”x 120” cutting bed.  “Trumpf” 4000 W laser with 80”x 240” cutting bed.  “Trumpf” 2000 W laser with 60”x 120” cutting bed. • “ESAB” Hi-Definition Plasma with 120”x 480” cutting bed. This machine is capable of cutting material up to 1” thick. • 400 ton Press Break - This machine is capable of bending material up to ½” thick and 14 ft. long LASER AND PLASMA CUTTING This cutting edge technology has been praised for the ability to cut materials cleanly, neatly, and faster with less heat distortion. Plasma and laser equipment can cut all electrically conductive materials, including aluminum and stainless steel. OXY-FUEL CUTTING This method is arguably one the most time-honored and trusted methods of cutting thicker carbon steel plates.
