Steel Spider can send certain messages to you, such as Inquiries, Email Alerts and
Spider Bites, by fax instead of or in addition to email.
Currently your notification method is

You need to Register before you can receive messages.
To change your notification method select the new method and press Save.
Select Notification Method
A Fax Consent Form needs to be executed before we will send faxes to you. If you
have not already done so, click on
Fax Consent Form,
print and execute the form and send it to Steel Spider. Unless this form is signed
and returned to Steel Spider, faxes will not be sent even if the notification method
selected includes fax.
