To enable a buyer to send an Inquiry to you by email, identify what products you
sell in
Receive Inquiries
under Inquire.
The Inquiries show on this page do not display the contact information of the Buyer
who sent the Inquiry. To receive Inquiries and view the contact information of the
buyer who sent the Inquiry, the buyer must send the Inquiry to you. Inquiries that
have been sent to you are listed in
Inquiries You Received.
We charge sellers to receive Inquiries after a trial period. A seller can receive
inquiries without charge until we contact him. A seller will not be invoiced for
receiving Inquiries until after he authorizes us to invoice.
If an attachment was included with an Inquiry, the Attachment filename is displayed
as a link. You can download the attachment by clicking on the link.
