If you are having trouble logging in, check your privacy settings on your browser.
Cookies. If you have your
privacy settings in your Internet Options are set to "Block All Cookies" or "High",
you will not be able to login and additional functions may not work properly.
In Internet Explorer under Tools and Internet Options, set your Security settings
to Medium (or lower). The default is Medium. Set your privacy settings to Medium-High
or lower. The default is Medium. You want to be able to accept first-party cookies
and allow session cookies.
If you are still having trouble logging in, try deleting the cookies and deleting
your temporary internet files. In Internet Explorer these are under Internet Options
and the General tab.
If you prefer to continue to use higher settings on the other sites you visit, an
alternative is to identify steel spider as a trusted site. In Internet Explorer
under Internet Options, under security, click on the Trusted Sites icon. Click on
the sites button and add *.steelspider.com or www.steelspider.com
in the Add this Web site in the Add this Web site to this zone box. Leave the Require
server verification box unchecked and click on the Add button and click OK. Set
the security level for the Trusted Sites zone to Medium.
After you enter your email address and password and press the Log in button, the
top right of the page it should confirm that you are logged in. It the site
