• Multi-Supplier Inventory is a searchable inventory that buyers freely Search for Steel available for sale by multiple sellers. Some suppliers view this as their alternative inventory when the steel they need in not available in their own inventory. It functions like a search engine for steel. The inventory includes steel in bar, beam, channel, coil, irregular blanks, plate, rebar, sheet, slab rolling, pipe, tube, sheet piling, and wire rod form. In addition, our Inventory Change Alert is a free service for Registered buyers that automatically alerts a buyer when steel matching his requirements is first added to the Steel Spider inventory. Sellers add their available steel to the multi-supplier inventory by either manually Post Steel to Inventory or by using Automatic Data Entry. Sellers use Manage your Steel to update, edit and delete their steel in the multi-supplier inventory.
• Offering is a platform where sellers can use Steel Spider to Send an Offering to multiple steel buyers by email. Offerings can be sent to buyers using Steel Spider and contacts in your personal Contact List. View Recent Offerings is chronological listing of recent offers sent to buyers using Steel Spider. Offering covers steel that does not lend itself to the searchable format of the Multi-Supplier Inventory. Offering includes large quantities sold as a single lot, special deals, truck, railcar or barge quantities. Buyers need to sign-up to Receive Offerings by identifying the products they are interested in.
• Inquire is a platform where a buyer can Send an Inquiry either to sellers using Steel Spider or to a contacts in his personal Contact List.  To receive Inquiries, sellers need to sign-up in Receive Inquiries and identify the products they deal in. Inquiries are sent by email and those that are sent to you are listed in Inquiries You Received. Recent Inquiries sent are summarized in View Recent Inquiries. 
• Auction is a platform where a seller can run live, ascending auctions for a single item or for multiple items. Proxy bidding does not apply. A bid is considered to be the amount the bidder is willing to pay. The auctions are invitational in that the seller identifies which buyers can bid in his auction using a personalized Contact List. Go to Enter an Auction to enter those auctions where you have been authorized to bid and visible Auctions. Buyers need to sign-up to Receive Auction Notices. Sellers can set-up and run their Single Item Auction or Multi-item Auction.
• Facility Directory is a searchable Facility Directory  containing the location, capabilities and materials used or processed by a seller's facility. Buyers can search the Facility Directory by company name, material handled and processing capabilities. Sellers can Add Your company to the Facility Directory.
