The Auctions are run by the seller. All Auctions on Steel Spider are invitational
in that only buyers specifically authorized by the seller can bid. If you have been
invited to bid, make sure you have logged in order to enter and bid in the auction.
Some auctions run on Steel Spider are visible only to those who have been authorized
to bid. In some cases the supplier may elect to make the auction visible so buyers
who have not been authorized can request entry in that or subsequent auctions.
After the bidding period ends, you can view the results of the auction by Entering
the Auction. Results for completed Auctions are visible to the seller and the approved
bidders for two days after the bidding period ends.
If you are interested in an item at auction (or similar items by a seller) but have
not been invited to bid, enter the auction to get information on how to contact
the seller and let your interest be known. Sellers can invite and approve additional
bidders while an auction is running.
