Your spam filter may treat this message as spam if it does not recognize the sender.
You may need to identify steel spider as a trusted site. In Internet Explorer under
Internet Options, under security, click on the Trusted Sites icon. Click on the
sites button and add *.steelspider.com or
www.steelspider.com
in the Add this Web site to this zone box. Leave the Require server verification
box unchecked and click on the Add button and click OK. Set the security level for
the Trusted Sites zone to Medium.
You may need to approve or whitelist emails sent by our mail server 64.38.35.80
and 74.200.211.12 so the email is not viewed as spam by your email server software.
